Leonard T. Cozart, 71, of Nyak, and Gregory Diaz, 46, of Valley Cottage, were arrested on Friday by Orangetown Police Department and the Rockland County REACT Team, along with the Rockland County Drug Task Force during a search of Cozart's home, said Orangetown Police Det. Sgt. James Sullivan.
Crack cocaine and cash were recovered during the search.
Both men were charged with criminal possession of controlled substance with intent to sell.
Cozart and Diaz were processed at Orangetown Police Headquarters and arraigned at Nyack Justice Court.
Cozart was remanded to the Rockland County Jail and Diaz is being held on 10,000 bail at the Rockland County Jail.
